SCHEDULING YOUR SESSION

Please share your top three available dates for your session within the next 60 days. All Mini Sessions take place in my private studio in St. Joseph, IL — an intentionally designed space where every detail is set to flatter you, highlight your style, and create images you’ll be proud to showcase.

While I will do everything possible to honor your chosen dates, my calendar books quickly and scheduling conflicts may mean we can’t secure one of your initial selections. If that happens, I’ll personally connect with you by phone, text, or email to find a new date that works perfectly for both of us — ensuring your experience begins exactly as it should: seamlessly, with you feeling prioritized from the very first step.

Your Mini Session fee of $390 includes:

✔ Professional hair & makeup artistry (up to 1 hour)

✔ Up to 1 hour in-studio portrait session with guided posing

✔ Multiple wardrobe changes (3 recommended)

✔ Same-day image selection (2 high-resolution, retouched images included)

✔ Option to purchase additional images

MODEL RELEASE

The Client grants Ashley Black Photography, its legal representatives, and assigns the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs and video footage of the Client (or in which the Client may be included), for editorial, promotional, advertising, trade, or any other lawful purpose, in any manner or medium.

This includes the right to edit, alter, or modify the content as needed, and to claim copyright ownership where applicable.

The Client waives the right to inspect or approve the final use and releases Ashley Black Photography, its legal representatives, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, or liability arising out of or in connection with the use of said photographs and video.

PAYMENT
