Services

Ashley Black Photography offers luxury photography services, including but not limited to portrait sessions, branding photography, and event coverage. All services are subject to availability and outlined in individual client agreements. In the event a service is unavailable, Ashley Black Photography will notify clients promptly and provide options for rescheduling or refunds, as applicable.

 

Booking and Payment

1. Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and the required non-refundable retainer fee.

2. Payment Terms: Full payment is due as specified in the client agreement. Payment schedules and methods will be communicated during the booking process.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made in writing. Retainer fees are non-refundable as they secure your session date and compensate for time and resources spent on preparation, which cannot be recovered if the session is canceled. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated at the discretion of Ashley Black Photography and subject to availability.

 

Intellectual Property

1. Ownership: Ashley Black Photography retains full copyright ownership of all images produced. Clients receive a license for personal use as outlined in their agreement.

2. Prohibited Use: Clients may not edit, alter, or resell images without explicit written consent.

3. Watermarked Images: Proof galleries may include watermarked images and are intended solely for selection purposes.

Model Release

By engaging our services, you grant Ashley Black Photography the right to use your images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website galleries, and marketing materials. Ashley Black Photography is committed to protecting client privacy and will ensure that no sensitive or identifying information is shared without explicit consent. If you prefer to opt out, please notify us in writing before the session date.

Limitation of Liability

1. Service Delivery: Ashley Black Photography strives to deliver exceptional results but cannot guarantee specific outcomes due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, client cooperation).

2. Liability Cap: In the unlikely event of service failure, Ashley Black Photography’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the session.

3. Force Majeure: Ashley Black Photography is not liable for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or equipment failure.

 

Website Use

1. Content Ownership: All content on www.ashleyblackphotography.com, including text, images, and graphics, is the property of Ashley Black Photography and protected by copyright laws.

2. Prohibited Actions: Users may not copy, distribute, or exploit website content without prior consent.
