When I first decided to pursue photography, it was a slow progression. I don’t think there was an actual day that I said “this is what I want to do for the rest of my life”. I didn’t come out of the womb loving it. But I fell in love with it over time. I think one of the huge aspects to falling in love with photography was the high that I get from making people happy with them. I’m naturally a people pleaser. I tend to go above and beyond for people, and it’s very rewarding for me to see my efforts pay off.
Before I decided to sell heirloom’s I knew that my clients loved their images, but I couldn’t help but think that they were missing a full experience with me. What’s a full experience? An amazing portrait session, where we connect, create, and craft.
I don’t just offer prints. I offer a lot of different heirlooms, some are huge, and some are very small, but one thing they are not, is a digital. If I’m being honest, it makes me sad how many people don’t know what they are missing out on. If I asked you, would you rather have a digital or a large 30x40 wall canvas that compliments the colors of your living room, and wont age or date over the years? A canvas that’s beautifully designed, hand crafted, with a story to tell? I bet you would pick the canvas. That’s exactly why I chose to stop selling only digital images, and put a lot of my time and investment into selling products as well.
I want to see the joy from someone looking at their images during their viewing session, but I also want to see that joy the day I deliver their heirloom, knowing that happiness will carry over for years! It’s a major difference in what’s possible with photography! If you don’t understand, or get it, you should contact me! I can show you everything that’s possible for you! It’ s so worth the time and investment, I promise!
